For exchanges of non-defective items, please email us at info@6901cairo.com with the subject line “Exchange - Order #(insert order number)” within 14 days of receiving your order. Additional delivery fees apply to exchanges for non-defective items.
Returns
For returns of non-defective items, email us with the subject line “Return - Order #(insert order number)” within 14 days of receipt. Refunds (excluding shipping costs) are processed within 5–7 business days after the item arrives at our office and passes inspection. A return shipping fee will apply for non-defective items.
Please note:
Orders paid by cash on delivery will be refunded via bank transfer.
To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging (fabric bag, card, etc., where applicable).

We do not accept returns on international orders.
International Orders
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and all prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds. Customs duties and import taxes are not included in the total. All international orders must be paid by credit card. 6901 is not responsible for lost or missing parcels, and we currently do not accept returns for international orders.
